Kapsule is a London-based healthtech startup and one of the leading providers of healthcare market intelligence in Africa. The startup develops a wide range of digital solutions for pharmacies, pharmaceutical manufacturers, and healthcare providers. Kapsule’s mission is to drive forward the 3 A’s: Affordability, Accessibility and Authenticity of healthcare in Africa.
Since 2020, Kapsule has been working with stakeholders in the healthcare ecosystem to both capture data which does not exist anywhere else and to return critical insights from existing data. The startup has already garnered support from top investors and partners, including Google, Novartis, Deloitte, and Roche.
THE CHALLENGE
Kapsule reached out to us to help build a strong online presence, stand out in the industry, and build trust with key stakeholders. The startup has clear goals to expand operations in Africa and build long-lasting relationships not only with healthcare companies but also with leading investors in the sector, as well as government officials and ministries. So it was crucial for Kapsule to be perceived as a reliable and trustworthy provider of healthcare market intelligence in Africa.
THE SOLUTION
Through close collaboration with Kapsule’s team, we initiated our work with in-depth brand research and the crafting of a clear brand strategy. This strategy encompassed brand messaging, positioning based on Kapsule’s vision, mission, core values, and business goals. Following this, we embarked on creating a brand identity, including logo design, typography, color palette, and graphics. The primary objective was to effectively communicate Kapsule’s innovative nature and its commitment to improving the healthcare industry in Africa.
We additionally developed a UI/UX concept for Kapsule’s new website, integrating all the new brand elements. The concept features a clear structure that effectively communicates Kapsule’s identity, the problems it addresses, and highlights the key product offerings.
